Jacob Harrigan is a dedicated litigator with extensive experience in estate litigation, commercial and civil disputes. He has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, advocating for trustees, executors, business owners, shareholders, and beneficiaries in complex and high stakes matters.

In estate litigation, Jacob represents clients in will disputes, trust challenges, capacity and undue influence claims, contested accountings, and matters involving complex corporate and trust structures. His experience in corporate and commercial litigation extends to contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and business-related fiduciary claims.

Jacob obtained his Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University. During law school, Jacob competed in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot, founded the TRU Intramural Moot, and was awarded the Dean’s Course Prize for Advanced Advocacy. Currently, Jacob is a volunteer on Access Pro Bono’s litigation roster.
