Dan maintains a general insurance litigation practice. Prior to joining Whitelaw Twining in 2021, Dan practiced at a boutique insurance defense firm in Vancouver. He has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts in British Columbia, as well as in Arbitration. His attention to detail and persuasive legal writing and advocacy skills permit him to resolve matters for his clients in the most practical and efficient manner possible.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Dan obtained a business degree in finance and economics from Thompson Rivers University, followed by his Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of New Brunswick. Dan was actively involved in contributing to the legal community in New Brunswick through Pro Bono Students Canada and Legal Aid while a law student.
When not practicing law, Dan enjoys hiking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
