Hired Attorney

It appears that there was a back room deal before we came to court. Not pleased, he kept trying get me to agree to pay child support for my daughter to stay in high school until she was 20 and I knew her mother would encourage her to fail and just to keep getting a check until that time. Well that is exactly what she did. I have a 19 year old daughter in the 11th grade and I am still paying child support.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
