Hired Attorney Charles A. Miller

I CONTACTED Charlie Miller for help with my probate case and to establish common law marriage with lots of the best document evidence and he was confident the 3 years joint tax returns were enough I also said I could get signatures from neibors attesting to the holding out as married he said not necessary. He had me come to his office for pre hearing preparation and we reviewed documents but did not discuss what 3 elements common law marriage or what my testimony should be. Sorry I chose him. D.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
