Very unsatisfied with the services currently receiving with Mr. Frye. He does things very old-school and very slow. Works at his own pace and is always on vacations or medical leave. Its been almost a year trying to get my case resolved and getting him to get things done is like pulling teeth. Have gotten more information on our own just by CALLING places, rather than sending letters. Very old-school.
