Hired Law Firm

Handling a loved one’s estate is complex, and choosing the right attorney is crucial. Unfortunately, my experience with Jake Jeffries was disappointing. Since he had drafted multiple versions of my mother’s will, I assumed working with him would be efficient, but it quickly became a frustrating process. Mr. Jeffries was often unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful. Simple questions were met with vague or dismissive responses, making it difficult to navigate the legal process. Timeliness was another major issue—essential tasks were completed only after repeated follow-ups, and delays suggested my case was a low priority. Transparency was also lacking, and I ultimately sought guidance elsewhere. Given his firm's bankruptcy law focus, his handling of estate matters was questionable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Jeffries for estate law. Those in need of probate assistance would likely be better served by a more responsive and knowledgeable attorney.
