. If you want a firm that treats every case like it’s their very first, Wozniak and Associates is the firm for you and Jay Ping is your man! They are nearly useless, utterly unresponsive, extraordinarily incompetent and unethical to boot! They do not return calls or emails. They do not keep you updated. All that aside, the worst part was Jay Ping breached attorney client privilege to negotiate with my ex-mother in law when I specifically told him that she was not a lawyer and not to be involved. Instead, he charged me to negotiate with her. When I told him not to, he said okay, then did it again charged me more. When I complained about this ethical violation, the firm agreed to refund the money for this violation. That was in May. As the mail also flummoxes them, I just received the check today, in March. It is for the wrong amount and made out to the wrong name. Oh well!
It is nearly impossible to get a hold of Kristen Fischer or her assistant. ACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I have left countless messages for them about my case and never get a response from them. I understand that they are busy but it is ridiculous! I am paying them for their services and can't even get a hold of them! Very bad business on their part!!!
Ms. Fischer advised me when I filed for divorce to stop paying my mortgage. This is unethical, and would have led to foreclosure not to mention my children not having a home. This lady is an idiot and woe to the uneducated or person or the person who blindly follows her advise. Would anyone would give such advise is beyond me.
