spent time on court issues repeatedly with/out results. I was assigned three interns with/in the time spent on my case. My fee's was much more than the dispute was about,and he knew that was not my will.I complain to Mr.Powers about it and he adjusted my bill,then tells me he shouldn't have taken the case. The case is costing me far more of the amount of what i was trying to recover. I was very miss leaded.
Tai Lowry, an associate at this firm, has posted my picture online and in a Facebook group soliciting information and enticing people to harass me. She has made extremely vulgar, defamatory comments of a sexual nature. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the BAR association and proceeding with a lawsuit for defamation. This firm is fully aware of the harassment and defamatory comments made by their associate Tai Lowry.
Please do not use this lawyer. He is very miss leading about what he will fully to when you actually goto court. Met with him a week before actual court date. When the day of actual court date came. He only did 1 out of 3 things we discussed. Told us during court he would explain after. He never gave a real reason and kept changing the subject. Please, do not use this lawyer or his firm. You will be paying more in fees then the case is worth to begin with. Very, very deceitful!!
