Hired Attorney

Attorney Hearns truly helped me to settle my case. He always stayed calm and cool throughout the entire process and held his own against opposing counsel. What began as a cut and dry case progressed into a nightmare, in my opinion. But Attorney Hearns, handled my case with grace and charisma. I would definitely recommend him as an excellent attorney.

Hired Attorney

I hired Attorney Alphonso Hearns for a divorce and custody matter and was dissatisfied with the level of representation. While he is knowledgeable and professional, the advocacy provided did not match the seriousness of the case. During mediation and other key moments, my concerns were not pushed forcefully, and the process felt one-sided. I often had to speak up for myself, question strategy, and drive issues that I expected my attorney to handle. I did not feel adequately prepared or strongly represented when it mattered most. The case moved forward, but the outcome did not reflect strong or assertive advocacy. If you retain this attorney, be prepared to remain heavily involved and advocate for yourself. My experience did not meet expectations for family law representation.
