This so called lawyer screwed me BIG TIME!!! I was going through divorce no assets or minor kids took 2.5 years to settle and she did great for my ex wife.....NOTHING but screw me out of ALL my money and retirement, for an ex wife we proved in court had stolen from my bank account and committed fraud against me. She didn't do anything about it. She would tell me one thing one day and something totally different the next week and say she never said the first thing . She is a LIAR, IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT, DOESN'T RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS, FLAT OUT RUDE, STUPID, AND LAZY. She never fought for me or gave me options and I was supposed to get a 25% discount that I never got. SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY, COMPLETELY USELESS!!!
Ms. Podell was useless. But she sure could write up made up charges and collect $1,000’s for herself. She is one of the worst. Gives lawyers a bad name. Never hire her. I don’t know how she sleeps at night. Bad news.
This woman was of no help whatsoever. I would have been better off asking a pig to help with my legal issues. All I wanted was written letters of verification to debt collectors on my behalf. She was trying desperately to get me off the phone by pressuring me to call the debt collectors and "make them an offer" even after I told her i wasnt admitting to that debt. She didn't advise me of my legal options or anything...just wanted to get me off the phone. Condescending and inadeque. Waste.
It's one year to the date and we still have not received our $2,000.00 held in escrow and she does not return my calls. She was paid in full for all services and should have followed through with a permit issue but did not and now we are out all the money. Very unprofessional!!!!
