Erika L. Conti is a Partner with Sahn Ward Braff Koblenz PLLC. She concentrates her practice in matrimonial and family law, soft drink and independent route distributorship transactions and litigation, commercial litigation, trust and estate transactions and litigation, and guardianship proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Conti was a Partner at Weinstein, Kaplan & Cohen, P.C., where she handled matrimonial and family law cases, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, soft drink and independent route distributorship transactions and litigation, commercial litigation, trust and estate transactions and litigation, corporate litigation and transactional work, and guardianship proceedings.
In addition, to her legal workload Ms. Conti is a published co-author for the American Bar Association, Family Law Section with her article entitled, “Equitable Distribution in New York”.
Ms. Conti is admitted to practice law in New York and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Conti is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association; for the latter group, she previously served on its Board of Directors and as a Delegate to the WBASNY (Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York).
Ms. Conti graduated from Binghamton University with her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law. She later earned her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court, Senior Bar and participated in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
