Hired Attorney

Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. He lies about how he can help and how committed he is and completely changes and takes advantage once he receives the payment up front. He is unpredictable, aggressive, and did not display the ability to control his emotions.

He is rude and arrogant.. His language is dismissive, condescending and aggressive toward me, as he knows I am financially unable to defend myself with legal counsel; I must represent myself against my ex-husband (his client) in family court. He even encourages his client to ignore legal orders pertaining my son's safety, knowing I can't afford recourse. This may be acceptable attorney behavior in personal injury law, but it's a reprehensible tactic when dealing with mothers and their children.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
