About Eric bradford Nielson

Eric B. Nielson joined Roy, Nielson, Platts, McGee & Schoettger in 2014. Nielson earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law and also earned a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Idaho's College of Business and Economics. During law school, Nielson led the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program which helps low-income individuals file their tax returns. He also worked with Legal Aid Services at the College of Law where he provided legal services in family law matters. Nielson earned a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. His practice is focused primarily on consumer bankruptcy, probate and estate planning, divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
