Hired Attorney Brian Gurwitz

I am an immigrant facing a potential misdemeanor charge, which has possible dire consequences in the context of immigration law. Mr. Gurwitz is the only one who correctly assessed my case after I consulted  two former Senior District Deputy Attorneys and one Immigration Attorney. After I retained Mr. Gurwitz, Mr. Gurwtiz started monitoring my case and  tried to stop the case from being filed by the prosecutor in the first place. The result is my case is not filed because of lack of evidence. And, even the arrest record will be deleted. Mr. Brian Gurwitz with superior knowledge in criminal law and immigration law is the best choice for an immigration seeking help in criminal law. Highly recommended!

Hired Attorney Brian Gurwitz

A very close personal friend passed away suddenly, and unfortunately, her estranged/dysfunctional family initiated a full blown criminal investigation focusing on me as the primary suspect. I have never been involved in any criminal investigations, and was extremely nervous even though I had no part in her sudden passing. Brian's past experience as a High Profile District Attorney was exactly what I was looking for in a Defense Attorney so I could better understand how the system worked.
