My father used this firm for his end of life wishes. When he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly I reached out to find out what steps I needed to take to start the probate process. It took multiple calls/voicemails just to get a response only to be told that D Kingett would not talk to me. Even the other associates refused to even hear my questions or advise me where to go let alone let me know if I had the original certified copy of my father’s will and estate. Multiple individuals in the office have hung up on me upon learning who I am. If you love your children DO NOT use Kingett and associates for any end of life matters as they will only cause undue emotional stress at a time when your family is already dealing with a difficult time.
