GC Ungo Immigration Law is a boutique immigration law firm with offices in Mississippi and Costa Rica. With 20+ years of experience, we help individuals and small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 corporations from various industries navigate the complex world of U.S. immigration. Our clients are located in all States of the United States and abroad.

Our Practice Areas

We are a small firm with a focus on personal service. Our practice is limited to certain areas of immigration in order to maintain a level of expertise, focusing exclusively on temporary visas (B1/B2, E-1/E-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, P-1, P-3), employment green cards family-based immigration matters (K-1 and green cards) and naturalization and citizenship applications.

The process of change of status was difficult at first. My wife and I paid an attorney who promised to file our case. Unfortunately, she never did. Everything changed for good when we met attorney Ungo. We decided that she was going to represent us. She was very professional and swift to action. In less than a month, our case was filled and few months after I got my green card. This attorney listens and is ready to help a lot of immigrants. Gabriela handled my H-1B transfer case from one employment to another. I had little awkward situation in transferring my H1-B petition but the way she approached and handled my case looked so smooth, gradual, detailed and easy that I was never stressed out or panic till end. Everything was smooth. Whenever I had a question, I could always call her and ask about it. She didn’t only answer my question but also sees whole situation and all variables and come up with an explanation. They asked all documents at one time so I didn’t need to keep sending them something everyday. She has appropriate answers of all questions which one non-immigrant can think of. I have been working with Gabriela since 2016. I've had my H1 transfer, Green card PERM (twice now), H1 renewal and my wife's H4 EAD done from her. I can say, every time, the process went pretty smooth and Gabriela was always on top of every minor detail necessary for my case (s). She has always been proactive and she keeps in check of her clients whether the expiry date is near or if there is any changes in the immigration laws. With the new government, immigration has been a nightmare. But, all my cases and concerns were handled pretty professionally. I would definitely recommend her for your immigration processes.
