BAILEY COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Tommie Lee Maxwell Jr. Private Living Estate Trust, by and through its Authorized Representative Fiduciary (appearing prochein ami and without prejudice under UCC § 1-308), and respectfully moves this Court for the immediate recusal of Judge Stephen T. Bailey, ISLN: 912447382, from presiding over this matter. This motion is brought on the grounds that Judge Bailey has demonstrated bias, prejudice, a clear conflict of interest, and has engaged in conduct that amounts to deprivation of rights under color of law and judicial misconduct. Such actions constitute violations of both federal and state law, including constitutional due process guarantees. ______________________________________

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
