Mr. Clayton has more than thirty years of experience in business, commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Clayton also has significant experience in patent and copyright litigation. At the University of Mississippi Mr. Clayton served on the Mississippi Law Journal and as Chairman of the Honor Council.
