Robyn Owens has been exceptionally helpful during an unusually complicated family situation. She has walked with us throughout with wisdom and grace. Her expertise and knowledge extends beyond the normal parameters of law; her recommendations concerning peripheral matters has proved extremely beneficial. We would highly recommend her!
Robyn Owens has guided us though 8 years of managing caregiving, and the Estate and Trust of our parents. She has been quick to respond to our questions and needs. Robyn has efficiently handled all manners in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I would higlhy recommend her services to friends and family. She has made this a smooth process and answered all of our questions in a kind and patient manner.
Robyn Owens told numerous falsehoods in court which can be rebutted with documentation. Opposing counsel summed it up perfectly: she appears reasonable but in reality is quite the opposite. Written and verbal communication reveals few opportunities wherein she doesn’t miss an opportunity to attack with malicious intent during probate hearings. Add to all this her rates are high while her dress and demeanor in court give the appearance she interrupts a part time job cleaning toilets at the city jail. Don’t waste your time with The Owens Law Firm, P.C.
I usually don’t do reviews but couldn’t let this pass by. Before considering this law firm you may be interested to know that one of the spouses of the Atty tries to drum up business by bashing and slandering people publicly on social media. Literally advertised after slandering to go see her hubby. I Don’t know about you but my personal lawyer would never approve or engage in this sickening behavior. he doesn’t have to! Think about that!
Very deceptive person. Lies in open court. Extremely poor communication skills. Appears to resent a black person standing up to her. She was appointed the Personal representative of my deceased mom's Estate due to a dispute that I was having with my alcoholic brother. I originally just wanted her to complete the probate on the property. Before I knew it, she was changing locks and totally disrespecting the heirs. She left the heir with peanuts after her huge attorney fees.
on the word of my attorney, robyn owens was named as the administrator of my mother's estate due to a dispute I was having with my brother. She did little to resolve the matter, other than to run up astronomical attorney's fees, and auction off my mothers property for peanuts. She ripped us off for an attorney's fee which constituted 37% of the Estate in which she intentionally devalued, and paid her friend Mr. Ed an hefty amount. She's a very cold and heartless.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
