He previously served as Chairperson of the Flexible Benefits Advisory Council for the State of Oklahoma which was responsible for the design of the flexible benefits program offered to employees of the State of Oklahoma. Mr. McGrath is a former member of the Governor's Cabinet Review Team for Oklahoma Health and Human Services Department and a former member of the Board of Directors of the SouthWest Benefits Association.
Mr. McGrath is a frequent lecturer on employee benefits issues including conferences sponsored by the American Bankers Association, American Bar Association, American Law Institute, Bureau of National Affairs, SouthWest Benefits Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Oklahoma Bar Association, various universities and other national associations.
