I believe Mr Norwood worked hard to obtain the best plea deal possible for this case, and I think he succeeded in doing that. He also communicated with us on a regular basis
regarding the progress of the case, and via email and phone conversations, he answered our questions in a. timely manner.
We live in FL and contacted Joe to represent our daughter in Rogers Co., OK. Responding quickly, he described what to expect and possible outcomes. Facts were not favorable, so we asked Joe to simply negotiate the best plea agreement possible. Turnover in prosecutor's office caused delays, requiring more of Joe's time, and made negotiations more difficult. Joe was persistent, knowledgeable and concluded the matter to our satisfaction, keeping us informed throughout.
Mr. Norwood provided very quick and knowledgeable responses to anything I needed or wanted. Communication was very thorough! I felt like he put in a lot of time and effort to make sure he understood every aspect of our case.
