From the formation of their firm in 2006, Scott McDaniel and Stacy Acord continued to build their reputations and team around the principles of exemplary client service and maximizing outcomes. As a former practicing Professional Engineer, Scott McDaniel focuses his trial practice on defending Design Professional malpractice, environmental, toxic tort and construction defect claims, as well as general commercial litigation. In addition to her representing individuals and businesses in general litigation trial practice, Stacy Acord focuses on adoptions, guardianships and other family law matters.

Scott and Stacy began their careers at large law firms, and they built McDaniel Acord, PLLC to provide the skill clients expect of large firms with the personal service and responsiveness only a smaller firm can deliver.
