Among other industries, Mr. Maguire represents the fast-food industry, convenience store retailers, and automobile insurance companies and their insureds in numerous personal injury lawsuits across the State of Oklahoma.
Mr. Maguire has a broad litigation practice and has handled hundreds of cases involving personal injury, premises liability, auto liability, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, negligence, products liability, and commercial law. Active in the community, Mr. Maguire served as a volunteer at Christ the King Catholic Church and has co-chaired the Saint Francis of Assisi Tuition Assistance Fund Gala. Mr. Maguire also served as one of the adult leaders for the Y-Disciple youth group.
Mr. Maguire is a 1989 graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Mr. Maguire received his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University, where he earned a B.S. in accounting in 1986. While at Oklahoma State University, Mr. Maguire was a member of the Honorary Fraternities of Blue Key, Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Eta Sigma.
Mr. Maguire and his wife, Katie, have three children.
