Hired Attorney Gina J. Carrigan-St. Clair

I previously reviewed Gina. Now, a few years later, I found I needed the services of Gina again. She came through with flying colors! She is so smart and detailed. It was almost funny how quickly she summed things up and saw that the opposing party was absolutely wrong in their position and inaccurately applied case law. The judge totally agreed in a six page order. It was priceless! It was money well spent to have Gina represent me. I also like and appreciate her detailed billing. I recommend Gina Carrigan-St. Clair without hesitation. I truly appreciate her!

Hired Attorney Gina J. Carrigan-St. Clair

Working with Gina has been fantastic. She represented me for nearly 2 years for my divorce and follow up litigation. She took the time to explain everything to me and I felt supported through the whole process. She won every case and I wish I could continue using her in Texas. When jurisdiction was transferred to Texas, she worked with my new lawyer to get them up to speed. Would highly recommend her.

Hired Attorney Gina J. Carrigan-St. Clair

Gina is an excellent attorney. Gina is careful not to take on more cases than she can handle so that she can give you the best value for your money. Gina lets the facts speak for themselves. She is thorough when preparing motions, etc. and she lists the facts as they are in detail. That, in itself, often wins the case because opposing counsel can't say they didn't know or they weren't advised. I have found that Gina often remembers details on my case that I have forgotten, details that are important. Above all, I have found that Gina is honest. She will tell you if it is worth you spending your money to force opposing counsel/clients to cooperate, etc. There have been times she has allowed me to do things myself to save money. For example, she allowed me to calculate the mileage for my witnesses' and the amounts needed for the process server, witness fees, etc. She treats you like a team member and includes you in the loop regarding correspondence, etc. She is exceptional!!!

There's truly heart-felt service that goes behind the work Gina puts into her cases. She, quite clearly, puts herself in the shoes of her client, and represents the intent of her client well. She also cares about budgeting needs, but still maintains her bulldog approach. I have been very pleased with the service thus far.
