A few years back I had a zero asset divorce with a custody battle. Spent about 40k. Was younger then and missed a lot of red flags. Most incompetent attorney I've ever met in my life. My first and foremost request was a psychological evaluation of my son's mother. After 40k and not getting step one done I had to mediate on the brink of bankruptcy. Doing well now. My son's school has approached me about his mother's mental health. I would have been significantly better off representing myself. About to drop another 5k on a flat rate with an attorney worthwhile to go ahead and get full custody. Reviewing everything now, I'm in awe. I would not hire Mr. Webb if he paid me. Please, for your sake, don't make the same mistake I did in this attorney.
