I was tired of getting the same standard service and prices from the local lawyers that have been in town for ages so when I met Mr. Rose at Court and got his card the next time I had a legal issue come up I called him and was blown away. What I thought was a complex legal issue I had and expected to pay thousands of dollars to resolve, Mr. Rose fixed my problem in 1 day and for less than $500. He is honest, friendly and keeps his clients' best interests at the forefront. Call him!
Not a good lawyer, misleading prices and subpar representation. Very arrogant and just genuinely seemed like he didn’t care about my situation even after payment, whole process was just a huge headache. Stay far away from this guy.
Alan Rose is despicable, arrogant, & a bad attorney. We just left court for my husband’s hearing, because Alan decided that he wanted to withdraw from all of his cases, My husband had an attorney already on one of his cases, unfortunately Alan told the attorney that he’s going to be taking over, Nobody asked him to take all 3 of my husbands cases he WILLINGLY took on all of them. We paid this man almost 4k dollars he didn’t do jack. We initially paid him due to him telling us that he can get the bond lifted off my husband, which he did not. This attorney definitely gave us a lot of false promises and hope. My husband asked him to file several motions and he hasn’t, told my husband that they can treat him however they want because of his past which is very biased. It’s been a lot of systematic racism and errors on behalf of the people that claim “justice for all” & abide by the constitutional rights but clearly i can’t tell. Be careful who you hire
