Bob is knowledgeable and well-respected, but he did not consistently represent my interests or those of my children in a custody case. Eventually, he made legal recommendations that were against my best interest and would have been detrimental to my children provided the history of domestic abuse and some incidents of child abuse on behalf of the other party. I will refrain from providing specifics of my case, but the offenses Bob committed were reportable to the bar and constituted malpractice. From what I understand, Bob is a father's rights attorney therefore he encourages his female clients to settle, and omit evidence of domestic abuse from the record and custody evaluations (I have e-mails). It's unethical and compromises the integrity of the client's case to the benefit of the other party. I was spending tens of thousands of dollars for my attorney to throw me under the bus. I know another woman who hired him and received similar treatment. You've been warned.
