Hired Law Firm

Check his bar association status. He's been suspended multiple times. He didn't do anything for me. Dodged multiple calls. When I finally showed up at his office, he told me to make an appointment (but still didn't return my calls for an appt.). He did return my money (18 months after the last time I heard from him), as a part of getting his bar suspension lifted. Funny thing is, this all happened in 2003. Looks like nothings changed.

Hired Law Firm

This lawyer was retained on September 18th, 2014 to file Rule 83 to protect my daughter from unjust and prejudicial judges in Yavapai county who gave sole legal decision making to mother after numerous documents and video of her lengthy history of drugs and alcohol and medical records of PTSD, Bi-Polar, and borderline personality disorder, along with history of self mutilation and suicide. This attorney took my $5,850.00 retainer with all these promises and never filed anything in 7 months.
