Hired Attorney Mr. Michael Miller

Michael Miller helped me get through a long and complicated divorce with his interest, expertise, and communication skills. His assistant Kathy Polucci was invaluable in keeping the case moving and making the technology work. They were readily available via phone and email. The opposing lawyer's machinations were sometimes confusing and annoying, plus my own reactions could be over-the-top, but Michael kept things on an even keel and rolled with the punches. The result was a fair judgement.

Paralegal was rude and said things contradictory to lawyers guidance. Lawyer seemed detached and uninvolved.

Terrible attorney! Often didn’t have the facts straight, went to trail and was completely unprepared fumbling through papers and grasping for questions to ask. He wanted to keep updating the courts with paper work that was already finalized. He wouldn’t listen to my request to quit focusing on the financial portion of the case and focus on the parenting time. He wasnt willing to budge and insisted he go his own direction causing a disagreement between us, he withdrew a day before court.
