Here’s why Jim would be a great help to your debt situation, mental health and financial future: 1) From the first call, the ONLY person I spoke to was Jim. No one else. Not a paralegal, not any administrative staff. ALL pertinent communication on my cases were with Jim. Period. 2) Protecting clients is first and foremost on Jim’s mind. No other attorney among the 50 I’ve interacted with comes close to replicating Jim’s regard for his clients. 3) Jim spelled out the reasonable best outcome possible (debt dismissal) as well as the worst, along with shades of grey in between. If a lawyer just wants to settle your debt without asking questions, I’d get a second opinion. 4) To achieve my highly desirable outcome, Jim spent about three hours after normal business hours to ask me questions and understand specifics. 5) Having understood my financial predicament and suffocating debt, Jim under promised and over delivered. For every $1 paid, you get multiples of value in legal expertise.
