This firm is great. They helped solve a contract dispute with minimal effort. Nancy is amazing and will walk you through the process and keep you informed. If you have a real estate issue in California, call them. For what it is worth, their hourly structure is up front and transparent. While legal fees are never cheap, I found theirs fair and reasonable.
