Hired Attorney

Mr Clulo was unresponsive, with little action/strategy, or follow through. Typically a time "excuse" or lackadaisical answer from him after great effort by us to get a response. We conceding much solid ground to the at-fault opposition just to get an agreement which never came. So many unanswered phone calls and emails over many many months. We always paid his time/fees promptly. Yet, a case that should be settled at mediation was neglected. Thereafter, bombastic lawsuit by opposition also neglected. Ultimately we hired a well recommended lawyer & got the matter settled in 2 weeks. So, Lots of unnecessarily added anxiety for a few years, many $1,000s extra legal fees, and large $ to the opposition in something that if well handled would have ended in a few months. He said this was a situation he could and would handle, but it was deplorable, and ultimately rewarded the opposition.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
