Wendell handled a very complicated right-of-way project for me that involved hundreds of properties and hundreds of home owners through which this right-of-way was required.
He's also handled routine land transfers.
He's wise, professional, works quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, effectively. He's never let me down.
He's also very easy to work with.
