Last year I was named the Personal Representative for a family member's estate. Being very inexperienced in this area of the law, I was fortunate to have retained Alexander McMullen to help me to navigate the legal steps of fulfilling the requests of the will. He presented me with a detailed calendar of what was expected by the court and when papers and fees were due. Alex was very prompt throughout the year in answering my questions and concerns with a calming and a professional manor, which helped me as I grieved. It was a difficult year, and thank goodness for Alex and his staff for helping me to successfully complete my tasks as a PR.
Mr. McMullen is a damn saint. I've been in a stupid legal situation for over a year due to inaction on the other side and this man has been absolutely dogged on my behalf to get the other side moving and finally get things resolved.
