We have a issue with appraisal values..I notified the firm and left a message explaining the basic details of the case. Within a hour or so the same day Steve Freeman called me. We talked about the case for at least 30 minutes at no charge..He explained some details of my case that I didn't realize..It was a very helpful conversation and if this case goes to trail I'd feel confident in his ability to represent me ..

Steven Freeman is the best attorney in the state of Maryland. I've looked high and low and I'm very happy to have found Steven. He knows his stuff and I liked that he mentors his attorneys and shows them what is something that doesn't come up in everyday law. Take it from me, Steven is the man for your case.

Working with this firm was a waste of my time. There was zero communication and the "paralegal" was rude and not at all considerate of my time. I never heard back from anyone every time I called and would not recommend this firm to anyone.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
