Hired Attorney Edward Deason

Before finding Ed Deason, I'd had two other attorneys (Santa Barbara and Los Angeles) and both made major errors and gave terrible advice in my opinion. When I met Mr. Deason for the first time it was like night and day. This was a different league. Relaxed, easy to talk to and extremely reassuring. He grasped the essence of the case dynamics and I did not have to over-explain things. Adding to my anxiety was the fact that I was running into a weeks away statute of limitation. Deason was able to quickly summarize the case, review evidence and case documents, and retain expert witnesses. Deason is a very experienced trial lawyer, and just what I needed. His competency translated to my finally being able to sleep. I felt a huge burden lifted form my shoulders. This was a personal injury case, medical, lost wages, pain/suffering. Deason settled it high the night before the trial was set to start. My highest recommendation!
