Hired Attorney Barry Jan Simon

My brother/I hired Barry J. Simon, JD, several years ago to handle my mentally disabled sister case when she was neglected in her care @a facility for mentally disabled persons resulting in her unfortunate death. He won the case very professionally and to our satisfaction. I also, hired him for an auto accident case and he handled/settled with the insurance company to my my satisfaction, as well. He is great, through and very easy to talk with for sure.

Barry Simon represented me when I was rear ended by a truck and received extensive injuries. He is the best attorney I have ever encountered. He really cares about doing the very best for his clients. He personally called me to discuss all the issues during the course of my litigation. I could reach him when I needed to speak with him even if it was 2:30 a.m.. He explained everything and was concerned about what was best for me... He is an excellent attorney.
