Executive Summary
Diane has been an associate with the firm since 2015.
Diane practices in all areas of employment and labour law, with a particular emphasis on grievance arbitration, construction labour relations, disability management, occupational health and safety, and workers’ compensation matters.
Diane is a past Board Member of the Ontario Electrical League and a Past Vice President and Board Member of Canadian Association of Women in Construction. She is also an active member of the Portuguese community in Toronto.
