About Garrett Tuck

As a trial lawyer, Attorney Garrett Tuck has extensive experience fighting for the rights of individuals who were harmed due to the negligence or mistakes of others. His central goal as a personal injury attorney is to provide each case with the care and attention it deserves, which is why he emphasizes case research and uses each significant discovery to benefit his clients. Garrett understands the importance of unity and understanding within each case, and so he strives to make his clients feel included in the legal process in a way that supports their case and brings them peace of mind.

From an early age, Garrett was drawn to debate, public speaking, and advocacy in general. As he grew older, he came to see how practicing personal injury law was a professional extension of those activities and skills. Now, Garrett provides client-focused, upfront and honest legal counsel to those who need it most.

When Garrett took his first personal injury case, he felt the weight and responsibility that comes with the decision a client makes when they put their case in your hands. To this day, each case Garrett accepts reminds him of the importance of his legal responsibilities to his clients.

Attorney Garrett Tuck belongs to the Kansas City Metro Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice. In his free time, Garrett enjoys woodworking and taking on new home improvement projects at home.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
