He filed the paperwork while I was in his office. I have extensive medical problems that he was able to analyze and make sure the proper information was given to Social Security. I would have like Mr. Purrazella to inform me that Social Security Disability was taxable and advise me to file out a W-4V. I ended up having to pay when filing my tax return. I think this situation could have been avoided.
