Retained him for services for an easy case where all parties were in agreement. Once I paid, I never heard from him. Useless office personnel kept giving me the run around. One free consult phone call and 2 answered emails and I received an invoice saying my retainer was almost gone. I called the court and found out my paperwork was never filed. I ended up doing all of the work myself, making all of the phone calls and setting up my own court date. What a crap law firm, with crap lawyers. If he was too busy to take the case, he should have passed it on to someone else. Do not use Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, & Sacks. Should have researched him online before I hired him. Would never let someone accused of fraud represent me in court. And the work fraud fits him perfectly.
