Hired Attorney

Joshua helped me with my Mom's estate and it was a tangled mess. I don't live locally so his office had to provide all local needs. He was with me every step of the way. I would recommend his services.

Hired Attorney

This attorney was working for my daughter and not for me. He set up my estate to give her all authority over me and did not make it clear to me what would happen. I had to switch attorneys to change the estate plan, but some things were already beyond my control. I would not trust this attorney.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
