I called out of the blue since I did not know a local injury attorney and this was a really small case with little injury. After two years GEICO refused to pay a dime. Under his guidance he agreed to no fee me and suggested that I go to small claims court and file. This lead to a quick settlement and he reduced his fee after we agreed to reopen the case. Excellent results.

Hired Attorney Daryl Rubin

He knocked it out of the park for me. I ended up better than I ever would have expected. I was real worried about what would happen with the divorce but I got every thing I could have hoped for and more. He was a great negotiator at the trial. This could have led to a long trial (He would have gotten more money out of me but he did not) but he worked it out and the trial was quick. The least I can do for him besides paying him is leave a good review. I would recommend him to anyone.

I obtained Rubin after Boyk. We would have a discussion and as soon as we hang up, he forgets to do what supposed to be done. Now statute of limitations have run out. When I call back for follow up, I got... "Oh yes let's get that done NOW.. I think it had to do with my skin complexion. Prejudice is what I felt.
