I was traveling through Ohio and managed to get 2 speeding tickets on the Ohio turnpike. Eric Allen Marks was able to reduce my speeding ticket in Maumee, Ohio so that it would not go on my record as a moving violation. He also went above and beyond and represented me in Erie County to reduce my second speeding ticket to a no-points violation. He kept me updated in both cases and was always personable and professional. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend.

My son had an event getting off the expressway during bad weather and lost control and hit the guardrail. He was issued a ticket for failure to control.I contacted Eric Marks and he was able to represent my son in the court system and arrange for the ticket to be reduced to a non moving violation with even a lower fine. Mr. Mark's professionalism, experience and communication during this whole process was great. The end result was very helpful and well worth the legal Fees. Excellent Experience!

When potential clients call, I tell them to let me do all the "worrying" for them. They need to re-focus on their family, career, or school. We discuss their desired result, come up with a game plan, and then I work towards achieving that goal.
