Hired Attorney Margaret Weisenburger

I just want to make a post about Margaret Peggy Wisenburger. She was my Aunt's Guardian for about ten plus years. This was fantastic as my aunt functioned very well and was kept on her mental health shots. Then as Peg was retiring or taking another position, my aunt was left as her own guardian. My aunt was diagnosed as a Paranoid schizophrenia. My aunt has since voluntarily gotten off her shots that helps regulate her brain chemistry. My aunt is no longer driving and she is wondering around the neighborhood in the middle of winter and is out of her head. I wished Margaret Wisenburger had never given my aunt back her power of attorney. I am not sure how to help my aunt as she has no guardian or power of attorney and she is starting down a horrible path with little hope of recovery. I can only hope and pray that someone the good lord has some mercy on her soul. Please I am reaching out please find a way to help our family get my aunt healthy again.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
