Tiffany M. Troutt is a personal injury attorney in the Titusville, Florida office of Morgan and Morgan, P.A. Tiffany was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in the Space Coast.
In that time, she graduated from Titusville High School and 6 months later graduated with her Associate's Degree from Eastern Florida State College. She then attended the University of Central Florida where she obtained her degree in Legal Studies, during this time she was employed at the Brevard County Clerk of Court as a Civil Deputy Clerk and Court Clerk working directly with the Judges in Brevard County. She followed this by going to the Dwayne O' Andreas School of Law in Orlando and getting her Juris Doctor. During her time in law school, she was a certified legal intern gaining trial experience before graduation. Tiffany proceeded to obtain employment as a Judicial Assistant under The Honorable David E. Silverman in Brevard County.
Upon graduation from law school in 2019, she passed the bar and accepted a position as an APD in Brevard County. She was quickly moved to run her own courtroom and docket, not long after she was promoted to felonies. Tiffany advocated for her clients and handled thousands of cases. Tiffany gained a strong and extensive background in litigation handling jury trials as both first and second chair.
Tiffany's experiences in all aspects of the courtroom have created the confident attorney she is today. Tiffany is actively involved in the legal community with not just membership in multiple organizations, but board positions as well.
When Tiffany is not at work or legal events she enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and hosting her friends/family at her home.
