He was always late to the hearings and it took forever for him to get back with me on important issues. I think because I wasn't a high paying client he didn't spend as much time on my case.

The worse Title company to do closing, Never again so unprofessional, unorganized and unknowledgeable. i have never been embarrassed like i was here and was asked to wait around 3 hours for closing check to be told it wasn't happening that day.
I agree with one of the other reviews he needs to retire. The first meeting when I met with him I was hesitant but I went ahead and retained him. The second appointment I was stood up a no-show. I drove from longwood where I live it takes about an hour and 15 minutes. Later that evening I received a phone call from him acting as it is normal for an attorney to stand up there client. We scheduled another appointment where I came in prepare with all the information he would need neatly and legibly written down. I passed it across the table for him and said this is all the information he pushed back and said he could not see it. I read it to him. The day later he emailed me want me to send it to him. He was continuously calling me asking me for information wanting to meet to discuss the case. He emailed me asking me for my phone number He could not find it. In my opinion this man should not be practicing law. He is playing with peoples lives and taking money for it.
This was the widest experience I’ve had with legal representation. Richard overcharge and was unprepared to handle my case. He was difficult to contact/get in touch with and does not follow-up/respond. He needs to retire
Be prepared for no return calls and client having to reach out. Making an appt and being Attorney Manzo leaving office while you wait on him because you had no return call and absolutely no consideration of your time and situation. Be prepared to have to follow up on your own. to get things done !!!!
