Craig Webster is a Partner in the firm’s Tifton and Alpharetta, Georgia offices with more than 40 years of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on general liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and alternative dispute resolution.
Craig has spent decades handling matters at both the trial and appellate levels, giving him a comprehensive understanding of case strategy from initial evaluation through resolution. He has significant experience defending manufacturers, healthcare providers, and businesses in high-exposure claims, including cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
In addition to his litigation practice, Craig is a certified mediator and arbitrator, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to dispute resolution. His training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, combined with his deep courtroom experience, allows him to effectively guide parties toward efficient and favorable outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom.
Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Mercer University and his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He also obtained certification in mediation and alternative dispute resolution from Harvard University.
