Kemp Law Firm is a law firm with an office in The Woodlands, TX. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing family law, divorce, child custody and 24 other areas of law.
I never had a legal matter before but when explaining my situation to a few, Mr. Kemp was the only lawyer that had a face to face consultation and provided me with so much information that made it evident he was trustworthy. He was always available to answer questions and made sure to ask me and get my decision on the options that were available. Mr Kemp would not remember our conversations from one moment to the next, forgot I had already had a Mediated Agreement when working on preparing documents, failed to inform me when I exceeded the hours from my legal plan, failed to notice that the MSA documents were not submitted to the court, failed to stay current with the fact that my husband's lack of submitted Co-Parenting Document would hold back the case. I would not use this attorney.
Didn't feel that he was working for our best interest. Used as part of LPP and it seemed he was bothered to deal with us.
