From start to finish this firm is top notch! Joe Shoemaker was our attorney and he was fabulous. I called many firms first thinking such a large firm as Bogin, Munns & Munns wouldn't take our semi-small issue with a disgruntled tenant. We reside in CA and our property was in Florida. I couldn't even get a call back from other firms. From the moment I called the office, the staff was kind and very helpful. When I had my consultation on the phone with Joe he didn't rush me and in fact he took over an hour to really talk with me. He was honest and told me the pro's and con's to my case and he LISTENED! We hired the firm/Joe and through the entire process they were very professional, kind and accommodating. They made a court date that was only 2 weeks away from our consultation date. He met with my angry tenant and dealt with our property manager. Joe was able to resolve the matter quickly. I pray I don't have another issue but if I do they will be the first firm I call.

Hired Attorney Ms. Katherine Barski

Working with Ms. Barski has been an absolute blessing! After speaking with a few other attorneys I was so glad I went with her to handle my father’s estate. She was always willing to help when I had a multitude of questions. She immediately answered all of my emails, took time out of her busy schedule to call, and she gave me such great legal counsel to help me better understand the probate process. She ended up getting things done a lot quicker than expected, and I was able to move forward without delay. My family was also happy I found such a dedicated lawyer. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and would hire her again if needed!

I am so pleased with the out come of my case. I have never been in a car accident before so I was unsure what to do,Did not know what process I had to go through in order to get my voice heard. Hired Attorney Mr. D. Graham Anderson

My husband and I hired Mr. Anderson after being in our first car accident. He was very personable and helped us every step of the way. He took our phone calls every time we called and answered of questions and emails sometimes late at night. He advised us of our rights and options and walked us through everything from start to finish. From the beginning, I felt that my case mattered—even though it was a small one—and I received timely updates throughout the process. Monica, Betzy, and Mr. Anderson went above and beyond to ensure I received the best service possible. After the settlement, I had a question about a separate legal matter and Mr. Anderson took the time to answer my questions. By doing so, I felt so much better and stopped worrying! Hired Attorney Joseph C. Shoemaker

We met with Joe Shoemaker about an employment discrimination case. He was honest, forthright, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the steps, told us what he could and could not do, told us at what point we should reach out to him again, and was very reassuring. He was not the kind of attorney or the kind of firm the "big" guys that advertise ad nauseum on TV that just look to make a buck. I wholeheartedly recommend Bogin, Munns, and Munns, and Joe Shoemaker in particular.
